Business Development & Sales Representative

Overview:

Paver Pros Solutions is seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development & Sales Representative to grow our presence in the residential and commercial paving and hardscape industry. This individual will play a critical role in identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving project sales from initial consultation through proposal delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new residential and commercial paving and hardscape project opportunities across the Tampa Bay and surrounding areas

  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with homeowners, builders, general contractors, real estate agents, property managers, and HOAs

  • Generate qualified leads through a mix of networking, cold outreach, inbound inquiries, social media, and referral follow-up

  • Conduct on-site consultations to assess client needs, provide recommendations, and explain the scope of work and process with professionalism and clarity

  • Prepare and present detailed, customized proposals and estimates tailored to each project’s scope, materials, and timeline

  • Maintain organized tracking of all leads, client interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM and project management tools

  • Collaborate with internal operations, estimating, and installation teams to ensure a smooth transition from signed contract to project execution

  • Represent Paver Pros Solutions at local trade shows, industry events, and community networking functions to enhance brand awareness and visibility

  • Stay informed on industry trends, local market demands, and competitor activity to strategically position our services

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in construction sales, hardscaping, or related services preferred

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude

  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively and work independently

  • Comfortable with CRM systems, proposal writing, and digital communication platforms

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel to job sites and meetings

Type: 1099 Subcontractor (Individual or Crew-Based)

Paver Pros Solutions is expanding our network of trusted subcontractors and is seeking experienced Concrete and Paver Crew Leaders who are ready to take on high-quality residential and commercial projects. Whether you’re an independent contractor or lead a full crew, we want dedicated professionals with a focus on precision, reliability, and exceptional workmanship.

This is a steady and profitable opportunity to grow alongside a company that is recognized for delivering premium concrete and hardscape installations across the Tampa Bay region.

What We’re Looking For:

Experienced leaders in either or both of the following:

  • Concrete work – driveways, slabs, walkways, retaining walls, footers

  • Paver installation – patios, driveways, pool decks, walkways, coping

  • Proven ability to manage a crew and lead full project execution

  • Strong communication skills with a professional, client-focused approach

  • Full set of tools, equipment, and reliable transportation

  • Active general liability insurance or willingness to obtain

  • Proper licensing/permits required for work performed

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of daily jobsite operations

  • Ensure high-quality installation per specs and drawings

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

  • Coordinate with Paver Pros’ project managers for scheduling and logistics

  • Communicate clearly with clients and team members

  • Submit progress updates, photos, and required documentation
